PLANT OF THE MONTH: Garden Pinks
This is the best month to choose & plant pinks.
They all make neat clumps of evergreen silvery foliage which make a great foil to the flowers which are in the pink-crimson-white colour range.
Many are beautifully scented.
We stock with flower spikes up to 12-15 inches, as well as lower forms of only 4-5 inches.
Pinks are very versatile, looking very good as edging plants.
Just avoid ground that becomes waterlogged.
John Toomers provide all you will need for your garden at our garden centre at Stone Lane, Lydiard Millicent.
